A powerful help desk solution.
Feature set is not a roadmap – features like help desk, live chat, call center, and knowledge base work well.
Abilities of the product are great – my agency will be moving over to LiveAgent (from Freshdesk).


UI needs some improvement.
LiveAgent is not the easiest to use, at least at the start.
If your business might need more than two support agents in the future, you’d need to consider paying $20 per help scout. (That is unlikely for my agency.)
