Mmhmm is a video presentation tool for Mac that allows users to create more interesting video conferencing presentations or “funner zooms,” as the company puts it. Users can place themselves on a virtual set and have over the shoulder graphics, similar to broadcast news or The Daily Show.
Mmhmm was first released in beta back in July 2020 and is now available to anyone. There is a free plan as well as premium tools set option that is $9.99/month or $99.99 per year.
The premium tools set includes customizable rooms, presenter controls, and “fun and useful features” like laser pointers. Free users will be able to give presentations with a default background and use features like Copilot and Interactive Recordings.
There is a seven day free trial. After that, free users can access Premium Tools for one hour each day.
