Facebook Adds Shopping, Payments, and Customer Service to WhatsApp

Facebook announced they are increasing their investment in WhatsApp by increasing their investment in Shopping, Business Sales and even getting into hosting services, presumably so businesses could build their entire online presence using Facebook owned tools.

Speculation and rumors are that Facebook is working on a Wix/Squarespace competing website builder that would be superior, but exact details of how website creation on Facebook Hosting are yet to be determined.
